It's awesome to find another OFF fan! We seem to be so few these days. And WOW, the Player looks evil. I almost feel sorry for the Batter ('almost' being the key word). Why did you represent the Player as being the bad guy? They are usually just confused/believe they're doing the right thing until the end, not manipulative sadistic puppeteers, even though the Judge calls them one.
The Batter's a lot more manipulative than the Player, in my opinion.
Speaking of the Batter, I like how you made him resemble a duck! The hat, in particular, looks a lot like a beak, and the blood spurting out of his shoulder looks a lot like wings. Wonder where his trusty bat is. Or the Add-Ons, for that matter.
While I do recognize Vader Eloha in the backgroud, the others hanging from the ceiling are a bit indistinct. While I understand that you tried replicating the game's black-and-white sketchy artstyle, I think it would be better if you added some lines in the background instead of having just straight black. Maybe add a few hard-to-see eyes? There are quite a few of them on the floor.
The Player's anatomy is also a little off (haha, pun), and I don't really understand what the little lightning-bolt thingies running up their arms and neck are.
ANYWAY, despite my massive criticism, I actually quite like this! Great work, keeping the OFF fandom alive!

There's always something magnificent about surreal art, as well as macabre. I believe this piece delivers on one more so than the other. But, then again, as stated by the creator, this piece is actually fan art. And from a game I'm not so familiar with. Based on what I've looked up about the game OFF... it certainly isn't so far off from the source material.
The heavy use of pencil on the characters (especially the horrifying Puppeteer), presents a harsh and disturbing atmosphere. The lack of color adds the horrific environment. Even the crudely drawn eyes make the scene all the more unnerving. I assume the game is about as disturbing as this scene?
My major criticism is that some of the character designs look a little messy, particularly the four hanging above the Puppeteer and the Batter. I can make out the two in the middle, but what are the two black sticks adjacent to them? Are they characters? Because I honestly have no idea what they are supposed to be.
I'd recommend working more on your pencil work. Although considering this came out last year, and looking at your more recent works, it seems you did improve, but it doesn't hurt to keep working on it.

A spectacular image
Without a doubt, it has all the ingredients to be spectacular.
Beginning with the fact that the black predominates, it is totally illuminated and especially by those immense details that the arms of the monster possess, that reminds me of a titan.
The amount of detail is so immense that it makes the drawing a majestic experience as grotesque, but in the true sense of the word, in hanging people, the expression of the monster and the multiple eyes that are on the ground.
I also love the detail of that thing coming out in one's eye. To which I ask in all sincerity: How long do you take to make such works of art?
