Your welcome. I know the feeling running is a pain but it is good for the body. I need to start running again. I just do regular exercises but the weather has been nice these past few months I need to get out again before the cold weather comes again.

My goal this summer is to go on a lot of hiking trips. XD But first I will need to find myself a hiking buddy as my usual hiking buddy went back to California for the summer. =/ Actually, both of my usual hiking buddies went off to California. XD
