First shading tutorial I've ever used, and I've got to say, it worked pretty damn well.

What do you use to edit it though? Sorry if it's a dumb question, but it's been so long since I've been in the spriting community

MSpaint is all it takes, although if you would like something more advanced try Paint.Net

What does paint.net allow you to do? I'm just curious because I hear it tossed around a lot.

more than MSPaint, but not as much as Photoshop or other advanced paint programs. Its simplicity is what makes it more ideal for spriting, I do recommend if you would like a better alternative to MSpaint.

Does Photsoshop help with clothes or making sheets or something? I have Photoshop and never thought to use it for spriting
