This is a Homunculus, an artifical human created in a jar with alchemy, this young homunculus name is Alana. Colored

In the 14th century an alchemist daughter died and he was so stricken with grief he wanted to bring her back by any means, so he processed her corpse to turn her into a homunculus. However before he could wake her up the church found out what he did and arrested him. She remained dormant for centuries until she was found in the basement of an old abandoned church by henry while her was hunting down a werewolf. She was taken back to HQ where the doctor examined her, the doctor accidentally cuts her hand and a drop of blood fell onto the homunculus and it woke up.

The doctor decided to take her in and gave her the name "Alana", she is now the doctors assistant
