Description
Best Rainbow Dash pose ever, in my opinion. This is a tracing of a pose from Call of the Cutie, where Rainbow Dash is boasting to Apple Bloom about getting her cutie mark.Update: The vector version is available as an SVG here: [link]

By far the greatest Rainbow Dash pose ever, indeed. The perfect mix of bad-ass and cute. I want to cuddle her, but also want to back away and get popcorn while she kicks someone's flank, at the same time.

Also, I just noticed an error on the purple fill of her tail, it is disconnected from the stroke.

How peculiar. I must have adjusted something in the tail after the divide objects below operations, but I'll be damned if I can remember what. Well, unless there's some why to replace a file here without actually deleting it first, I guess she is what she is.

Go to "Edit" and "Change File."

Could you upload a version w/o the shadow? And possible the SVG file as well?

Wait, no, bingo, I figured out how to do it. I have to save it as an Illustrator 8 file; that simplifies the artwork and removes the masking. That seems to export to SVG properly. I'll see about putting that up now.

What do you mean, it messes up the masking? I save vectors as SVGs all the time. Just go to "Save As" and put "Scaleable Vector Graphic" and hit "Save"
It shouldn't mess up the masking, I do it all the time. And yes, I use Illustrator. CS5, though.

I was doing two-level masking operations on the eyes and they just weren't coming out right in SVG exports till I dumbed it down to AI8. That seemed to do the trick.

My apologies; while Illustrator does export to SVG, SVG doesn't seem to support the masking I was using to restrain the shapes that make up her eyes. I can certainly put up a PNG version of the artwork without a shadow, though.

Ummmmmmm, I THINK Illustrator exports to SVG... I don't know; I don't think I've ever tried. I'll have a look and get back.
