Trying out Paint.net since I don't have my photoshop anymore.
Anyhow I noticed I can still make amazing art even without an expensive program. The comic will be up soon... After testing for FCAT this week 
This is just a test out on the new art program I'll be trying. ^^
And yes it can create smooth outlines, I just chose this lining style
