I can't thank you enough for making this tutorial! If you don't mind though I am stuck on the first part. I cant seem to get the ears to curve at all. I keep cutting and cutting peices but nothings working. Any tips?

No problem! Did you use two pieces like my plan sketch shows? I glued the two separate pieces together after bending it. Maybe try using a softer cardboard like a cereal box? If soft cardboards are too thin you can make multiple layers and glue them together after they're curved.
