History:  Chandra grew up in a small town outside the city where BSSMene takes place.  Like Bree, her life was pretty normal for a Canadian teenager until she was about 14.  Then she started to randomly fall asleep in class or at home, and have strange dreams that she could never quite remember.  One day while in the city with her best friend, a monster comes after her.  It chases her to the river where she meets Sailor Zephyrus and is confronted with Ame and Thyst.  It is then that she awakens as Sailor Mene.
