Description Bateleur Eagle at Hagley [link] .

Terathopius ecaudatus,The name 'Bateleur' comes from the french word for acrobat or gymnast.
The adult plumage of the male and female is slightly different,as the male will have no white markings on the lower parts of the wings.
The colours of their cheeks and feet changes indicating their mood.

This is Dave,a 5 year old juvenile...one of 2 Bateleurs at the centre,the other being a female called Nugget...he was named Dave as it was decided that everyone should have a mate called Dave ..
