So, this pic was inspired by a conversation that my brother and I had... we were cracking up at the notion as we were talking.

Here is the scenario: Rennie is an avid Horror movie watcher and aspiring Horror story writer. Due to watching and writing so much horror goodness, she tends to let her imagination run rampant when she, herself, is caught in some Horror movie cliche' scenario.

In the conversation that took place between my brother and I, we came up with the idea of putting poor li'l Rennie into the cliche' scenario of.... no cell phone reception, out in a wooded area with a friend.

The following is what Rennie would be freaking out about.

Rennie: "There's no cell phone reception... do you know what this means?!"

Friend: "Uhm, we can't call for a ride right away?"

Rennie: "NO!!! It means that we're going to die!! There's probably some maniac in the woods, right now, stalking us!! He's probably wearing a hockey mask over a William Shatner mask, with a fedora... with a miner's head light on it!!! And and and... a red and green, Christmas sweater!! And an apron... made of people's faces!!! Oh god, oh god, oh god!!! And he's wielding a chainsaw, with a... a... pick axe!! A machete!! A... an axe!! And a butcher knife!! And a clawed glove!! And a... a... a..a.a.a.a... and a... CHAINSAW on it!!!"

Friend: "There's a chainsaw on the chainsaw?"

Rennie: "YES!!! He's coming to kill us!!"

Friend: "What have you been smoking? I gotta get me some of whatever it is..."

(Just so everyone knows what sort of amalgamation this Slasher is made of...

-- Michael Myers from "Halloween": William Shatner mask (under hockey mask), butcher knife
-- LeatherFace from "Texas Chainsaw Massacre": chainsaws, face skin apron
-- Harry Warden from "My Bloody Valentine": gas mask (on hip), head light, pickaxe

and, Rennie, herself, is an homage to the character, Rennie Wickham from "Friday the 13th Part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan" and the actress who portrayed her, Jensen Daggett (not ashamed to admit it! HAH!))
