I saw the thumbnail and thought, "Ghost in the Shell"? Then I clicked on it and can see some references to Akira, but Akira had intestines and inner organs for that sequence, not crazy amounts of eyeballs. It's like her inner demons died with her. I'm not sure if that was your intent, but wonderful work all around.
