Your butt is supposed to be resting on a cushion, not on your own damned feet. I've seen this position not only in martial arts, but also in anime. You'll often see adults in that position as they get a lecture after screwing up and then beg for forgiveness. I find even getting in that position to be a pain, much less holding it for any length of time.
Signum is wearing a rather modest two piece, with a top that's best suited for a woman with a big front porch. There's more definition to her face than what you usually got with the programs before. Nice work.
