Mais voyons !
The muscles can't be good with such blurry details, the silouette is ok but you didn't understand the glory of muscles.
Don't make a soft and regulate blob, you need details, a clean definition of muscles, that's how you subliminate even more the muscles !!!!
You should pray a bit more the god of muscle, i don't sense his love in this image !

Alright, thanks. I'll add more definition to it. I'm still trying to figure them out. I'm better at drawing girls. haha Thank you so.. much for the advice.

Yeah we see more girls because they are easier to draw with their soft and pretty curves, but you can't do that with a man, man have don't have the fat used by the female body to give them these lovely curves, so you need to know how it's working in there because you can't hide it under a layer of fat.

Men are harder to draw, but the Great Church of muscle is ready to welcome any aspirant or muscle enthusianst, so don't hesitate to try, but first you need to go look at anatomical [map?].

Very true. Haha I used one for that pose. I just need to focus more on where they sit and how the shading should go. 😊 and try to think of it in a none soft way. Haha I will take your advice and use it. Eventually, I'll get it. Hopefully. Haha

The back is really tricky, try simpler muscles first like the pectoral muscles, like that you will understand the rules of muscles and then get on the hard stuff, back is really the hardest part of the body to draw, you should try learning that way:
pectoral area(with shoulders)
arms
triceps
[just befor the foreleg]
foreleg
and finally the back

It's that hard.
You also need to know the spoopy scury skeleton before all of this.
And how it works, it helped me alot to know how the clavicle works, to discover that the bone a my thighs are absolutely NOT straight.
