Description
For lugia.us, an image for TST Helpers.You may notice this piece is definitely not in my normal MS Paint art style; this is because I wanted to adhere to ~Articuno 's original style somewhat, to keep it consistent with the rest of the site, hence the thick, black outlines and minimal shading.
So I'd also thought I'd like to share this here with deviantART. Full-view for best view.
Articuno and Lugia are Nintendo's characters, while lugia.us is Articuno's site.
