ive found another way to calm me down though !! listening to welcome to night vale and browsing tumblr was the couple i have been using lately but i found soundrown.com/ and its very calming
im listening to rain and it is SUPER amazing like its so real,, it occasionally thunders and ive noticed the thunder noises seem to be different every time ??? one thunder noise is super loud and sudden and i like flinched its so cool

you can also listen to a playground on fire its super cool try it out
