An idea I somewhat stumbled during brainstorming ideas for my Regi Trio fanart.
While I settled for photomanipulation on the Regi Trio, I liked the idea of limited color palette.
So that's what this is. An image of Latios with only two colors. It turned out good for something that was simple.
