Hey, back again with another upload!Been like a half-year since the last one.
This was actually a painting I did months ago. Back in Halloween season or so.
Got inspired with the eerie black-and-white art style of the game and wanted to make something invoking that feeling
Just didn't come around to uploading it...
Always felt a bit of nerves when uploading stuff I make, but I was able to get past it.
However, I was just tired on general life stuff and let art take a backseat.
I was still making drawings, it's a nice way to relieve yourself.
But I didn't bother with uploading them, I was just too exhausted to do anything aside from letting it pile up.
Until now, I'm not less busier than I was months ago, but I want to get into the flow of things again.
So I'll be putting up the stuff I've made over the months and finally uploading them.
Cuz' I loved making art here, and I missed doing something I loved.
Might've been too long and rambly with the description again like I used to be...
But you know what? That's how I'd roll, and it's just nice to be yourself all over again.
tl;dr - Been gone for a while, it's great to do this again. I'mma start uploading my old drawings and new ones once I get to make them...

And yeah I agree, black and white's a blast to paint, especially the fact you don't have to worry bout the colors!
And I did get busier than usual, school's much busier than before.
We have prom this week, I have a interschool math contest next week, and another math contest the week after that.
And I'm still not exempted from any schoolwork, so I still have to juggle that along with the many things I do...

Thats one hell of a school work, how are you even stable enough to survive, hell are you even alive? still tho, Since thats the case is there any art you havent posted or shown because you were not confident to show it.

Bloody hell mate...
The thing with black and white though is that if you screw it up, you can easily change light to dark and vice versa.
At least compared to colors where there can be a change in hue, in saturation, in brightness, or any combination of the three!
And yeah, as for how I managed to stay alive, I don't even know!
Somehow I just survived...
And boy, 90% of my sketchbook I'm embarrassed to post...
That thing is filled with the abominations that are my sketches.

Why do I feel the pain of using the wrong colour if it was messed up...
Its like an artist/painters problem

I can relate the feelings, how about craftings? are they any harder to create for you?

We Artist knows no bound to creativity, unless youre forced to draw something you have no idea existed

Oh, papercrafts? I actually kinda have a knack for them.
Even though it seems like a more girly thing to do, I find quite enjoyable.
However, drawing nothing is the hardest task though...

Wait what? Whats so girly about making papercrafts?
Its hella impressive if you can create beauty of art by it, plus you can get papercuts so its more dangerous than normal traditional arts.
Drawing something/Anything is also hard, most people given up before they start but Kudos to those who doesnt give up

It's kinda rare for someone here to be interested in papercrafts, much less a guy...
Not saying guys ain't allowed to do it, but I've never actually seen anyone else irl, who's into this as I am.
And papercuts are the least of your worries when you have sharp scissors and thin razors to watch out for. XD
And yes, simply put, drawing's hard.

I guess its because 3D printers a thing, why make origami when you can buy a 2,000$ + 3D printer with a required papers.
Also I didnt know youre into papercrafts, what did you create tho? packs of Harambae?
Everything is hard at first... well, maybe not everything. but Most things are.

I was way into origami and papercrafts long before I started drawing. (*The more you know*)
I lost pictures of origami I made before, all I have are pics of roses I made for a friend's promposal...
(Also did the twisted metal stem on the purple one, got wrist cramps from it. XD )
As for what drives me to continue art? There's always a fun challenge in making something you have no idea how to make. There's also that satisfaction of finishing things and being happy with the result. Those two feelings are quite priceless for me!

So youre like the explorer of art, and I also agree with the feelings of finishing arts, I didnt know you think of art as a challenges, I always thought you draw for the sake of emotions or fanarts (Aka your old Pokemon art looooonng ago)
To make long story short, I was in FnaF, I drew Springtrap, I liked it, I saw a video of Springtrap x Mangle, I liked it (Yes, Dont judge me, Im cringing aswell :'D) I tried making comic out of those two, I draw, I draw and I draw and I cant remember the rest, plus I came to dA cus of FnaF so I guess its lucky huh? I get to talk about fancy with you!

And yep, as for the hand cramps, all I had was thick steel wire, which is basically the stuff used to make barbed wire...
I had to use pliers to twist 'em, and boy do they require quite some force...
The fact I see it more a challenge is probably due to my personality as well.
I have the tendency to try things to see if I can do 'em.
If you look back at my Pokemon art, you could see me trying out a certain technique in each one of them.
Not to say I don't like the things I make art of, but I tend to get inspired more by challenge rather than the subject I'm making art for.
Yeah, I won't judge. More power to you since you actually made a comic from something you liked!

And yeah, never really stopped at papercrafts. It's been a hobby since childhood.
I just tend to do a craft here and then, it's not as regular of a thing as drawing is for me...

Being cheeky and joking about being a sh*tty drawer is fine, that's nice. But when people genuinely whine about it, why do they just not fix it?

There's probably someone with the exact same name, height, weight in China, you can never know, those Chinese are pure masterpiece.

History is frggin' neat! I'm more into the ancient civilizations like Egyptians, Sumerians, and Babylonians.
I have two really close friends who are really into the World Wars, and I'm learning bout it little by little.
But yeah, a surefire way to trigger any WW2 nerd is to call any tank "Bismarck"...
