I had a Skype conversation a few days ago with the voice actor for Louis. It went something like this:
Brendan: I'm not sure if I've already told you, but I'm REALLY short.
Me: So you've mentioned. Can you be more specific? I'm about 173 cms.
Brendan: Umm ... maybe 150 cms?
Me: OH MY GODDDDDDDD. YOU'RE ADOOORRAABBBLEEEE.
... And I then proceeded to convulse into a fit of squealing at how tiny he is. Louis is now channeling my indescribable urge to just scoop him up and run off with him. He's just ADORABLE, a little pocket-sized voice actor.

I utterly love Brendan's expression and pose in this picture. It reminds me of my male cat Ramses. It's the type of expression you can put elevator music behind, because you know the mind isn't there for the time being.
...Also I'm only slightly bigger than him. 155 cms. I look a lot like a female dwarf without a beard. People think it's cute.

Yep I'm short. I'm five feet exactly. My friends think it hilarious to crouch down to my level so I don't have to look up at them.it's even worse when they're a few good years younger than me and I'm 20 .so annoying. I hate when people call me a Hobbit. I think the nicest thing someone said was that I looked like a pixie. I have a question. I'm currently writing a story and I was wondering if I could borrow Louis and James for it with due credit to you of course. My character spends time with Jack Sparrow and it would be funny if she met Louis and James. She doesn't like the whole frilly girly stuff but I think she'd like Louis. Plus she's sorta reluctant princess and Louis seems like he'd like a challenge and a chance to dress her up since it seems Celeste is rather reluctant to dress up. Heaven knows she could learn more from him. If it's alright please let me know. I'd be very grateful. My boyfriend saw this pic earlier and said Louis has freakishly skinny legs. Don't worry Louis I took care of him. I think you look wonderful no matter what. I think you might be replacing Jareth as my favorite Character. I wonder who would wear the others best outfit better? I'm iffy about fanfiction. It's too easy for people to write characters wrong, much easier than when drawing them, and with the little there is about Louis up here I think people have a different interpretation of him than I do.

How do u see him m I see him as someone who has a passion for fashion, fun cares about his special girls,had a hard time with his father, loves to mess with James and whatnot. Honorable and loyal bit of a tease and uses unusual methods to get what he wants but also smart and sensitive. And he seems to love flirting with James and a fierce fighter. Meaning no disrespect to Louis he seems a bit vain about his looks especially his hair and clothes. In short even for a pirate he is honorable, loyal, and caring but can be fierce in a fight, not hesitating to go below the belt literally from I saw in that picture of him and his ex. He's cheeky as well as a risk taker. But also has his pride and dignity. Haven't had any complaints about any the characters I've used being OOC but is I somehow managed to do Louis and James injustice then just say the word and I'll take them out of the story. If you can give me as much info about James and Louis I think there is a high probability that I will get them right. If you want I'll do a trial oneshot and post it here and if I get them wrong then that's that. Is that alright with u?

Yep that's all it is. No monetary gain whatsoever if u do agree they won't be making an appearance for quite some time giving me a chance to to some experimental writing before actually writing the chapter and putting them in. Put it this way you'll get publicity outside of Deviant art and more people will know about Honour Amongst Thieves

It's still a WIP but if you really want to include them then I guess you can. I'd be curious to read it whenever you do get around to including them. So far peoples' fanfictions with Louis and Co. have been mostly wild interpretation.

Louis is freakishly tall for his time period. People were shorter in the 1700s and James is actually "normal" height for back then. I still need to sort out their exact heights, but I tend to peg James as being about as tall as I am, whereas Louis is pushing 6 feet+ (about 182 cms ... without his heels).
