lol ur welcome. I don't know how digital art like that is possible. I've tried to draw digitally but i fail epically.

Well I use a tablet, so it's a lot easier for me. Either way, it's pretty hard at first to get used to using programs like adobe photoshop and getting a good feel of them. It took me almost half a year to warm up to it, and still to this day I'm learning better ways of working on it.
For a beginner, I'd advise you to scan your pictures onto the computer and colour them in on photoshop. If you check out my Improvement Meme, you can see that I started out that way and worked slowly from there.

Umm you can probably get one at any computer stores, my rents bought mine for Christmas 4 years ago sooo I don't know where they bought it. You could probably search some tablets up on google (such as Adesso, which is the tablet that I have) and check around to see where you can shop for one ^^
To be honest it's one of the best investments I've made.
