Similar to Pikachu, I envision The Spark to be similar to static electricity, or paralysis in RPGs or other video games, whereas Pikachu's thunder would be a damaging Lightning attack==========

i liked playing as him as a "hard mode", but as i brought up to others when i was pre-ordering the Retro pack: we don't need him. he'd be light, a clone and is the weakest character in the series.

I wish the little guy was brought back. With proper game balance and his glass cannon, high risk/high reward style, I'm sure he could be made into a very interesting and unique fighter
