"This card represent the wish of all the persons, the wish of progress and freedom, raise your wings and fly for the heavens with totally peace and liberty".

He means that in Kid Icarus Uprising Pit is unable to fly of his own accord, and needs the help of a goddess (Palutena or Viridi) in order to remain airborne. Thus making it slightly ironic that Pit has been designated "The Fly" in this deck. (Nice work by the way, I love all the designs so far).
