He doesn't, haven't you seen the leaks?? also Ike got an Awakening outfit and that didn't show up Marth as well. Honestly I think characters should be represented the way they looked in their own games like Marth with his Mystery of the Emblem outfit and Ike with its Radiant Dawn outfit, why? because those are the games where they were more relevant and I think developer think the same way, because Roy has his normal clothes, also as badass as Awakening's Roy looks it's just a glorified Swordmaster outfit, like Ike's Hero outfit.
