Description
Since the Murai Wolf RP board ([link] ) opened up and we've started playing, I've been yearning to draw my Murai characters (as well as illustrations of scenes from the RP...keep an eye out for stuff like that in the near future). Now that my AC workload is out of the way, I've been drawing them all over the place. I took a liking to the way this picture was looking, so I decided to finish it in traditional media last night. I think it looks better than if I had colored it on the computer, personally. This little portrait is of my lady Murai, Rhianna, sitting pretty and looking worried. She is one of the main characters that plays a big role in my main story (not in the RP), so I'm sure everyone will see a lot more of her once I actually make a comic out of these characters.
She's just so doggone pretty, I like her a lot. And it's about time I settled down and did some art for me...feels nice. :3

Thank you! I've been having a lot of fun lately with coloring hair in traditional media. Rhianna was not spared!
And I'm actually working on like...an illustration of something that's happened in the RP forum. Something on Hiniki Plains...if I'm lucky, I'll finish it tonight and post it up. It doesn't look too bad just yet. :3

hey it keeps you busy dosen't it?
Cool i can't wait to see what you come up with. I have been keeping a close eyes on "Blood Upon the Plains". I'm liking it so far. I'll tell you one thing your RPing skills keep me on my toes all the time you post something.....its like think fast or get run over if you know what i mean. i am thinking about doing some illustrations from the ""Stranded" thread....since i have some ideas that need to be put down on paper before they drive my bannas.

It sure does keep me busy, I love both RPing and drawing, so to be able to draw what going on in the RP makes me very happy.
I've been trying to get more into illustrations and drawing characters "in action." That's why I chose to illustrate something from the Hiniki Plains thread. Honestly, one of the biggest reasons I wanted to start RPing the Murai is because then I could have an excuse to draw illustrations. And, coming up with ideas is easy, since they're straight out of the RP. I'm just getting bored with my art. Characters standing, leaning on something, sitting around -coughliketheabovecough-...it's so boring. So this new pic I have coming up should prove I can make a char really move and break me out of that.
I hope to do something featuring Crane, or maybe Osprey meeting up with one of the Highwood patrols or something. Eventually, I'd like to draw everyone's characters that appear in the RP. :3 And thanks, I'm glad my RPing keeps you on the edge, that's what makes it fun! I like that you incorporate drama in your RP, like a crazy avalanche rather than your char just patrolling the mountain side. Keeps things interesting and action-packed! Keep it up for sure.

Your trying something new is a good thing. I relly need to start doing that, rather than my back ground-less pics that i come up with. *bnags head on desk for a few minutes* much better....
the one good thing about RPing is that it alwasy gives you something to do. weather is writing a paragraph, or darwing a scene, it keeps your mind working. Exxspecilly me. Since i have a three hour gap between my mon., wes., fri. class at the EPPCC campus, it gives me plenty of time to draw. Now weater hve theenergy todo it or not is compleatly random.
