oooh lovely! This looks like a male counterpart to Mucha's evening star series, except done is a delightfully non-parisian-graphic-artsy style, which I approve of in the extreme. 
I also love the muted landscape at the bottom. Is it a specific place?

Yep, by the way Mucha's paintings (without any graphic lines) are very nice, sure certainly not without Art Nouveau stuff, but relly inspired
eeem landscape...I'm still thinking that it not quite completed and detailed, but it's meaningless here. No, it's some random landscape
series...mmm...if there is another time, I'll think about "Day" ,"Morning" and "Nignt"

Hmmm I think the little landscape gives the rest of the picture scale. It makes the figure seem grand and celestial.

Haha it was a simple hell with that art - I drew it on my work office (when it was some free time for it), almost finishing ... come the next day and see that my .PSD file is simply gone!!! Vanished! I was shocked. As a result, I completed work from a preview .jpg file ... it was a nightmare!
