lol no not sado, I think it must be a shadow or reflection but for some reason I thought it looked like a whip mark.

It's a darker zone on the texture maps. It's a trick used by the autor of the texture to give a better look to the model when she is standing. It will create a nice shadown below the glute crease simulating the ambient occlusion and the normal darkening of the skin when it's bended. BTW it's bad to see in poses like this one.
On this texture the same trick is used below the breasts, but here is good to see and give them a nice look.
