Description

I wanted to get back to my roots for this shoot. I had been doing a lot of styled fashion shoots at that time, as well as several commissioned shoots that didn't let me get very creative. But when Brittany visits, we always have to come up with something fun and pretty to do! For this I took inspiration from the upcoming month of October. I wanted to incorporate Autumn as best as I could, even though I live in Florida, so we used dead branches and bare ground as a start off point for the location. To contrast, I styled it with really soft and beautiful vintage white and cream-colored pieces. The concept was for the shoot to be about fleeting youth and eventual decay.
