He does look at you very strangely. Almost in a creepy like way and how he does his sales pitches could be explained by that.

I can actually see him doing that in Resident Evil. If there's one thing that is a major fault with Resident Evil 4, it's that it wasn't provided with a rich backstory with dairies and notes like in the Raccoon City arc, Fort Rockford and Antarctica Base arcs, Spencer Mansion Incident, Marcus' Training Facility incident, and other past Resident Evil games.
I'm always curious about what the backstory in that small village in Spain. If modern day people in the past Resident Evil games could keep dairies, then I'm sure the old world living denisons in that small village must of had journals and diaries kept as well. By having that, it makes the incident in Resident Evil 4 that more tragic. It gives the infected a face and history, thus you're not just shooting at monster fodder. You're shooting at people who used to be human, who had families and such.
eh, anyway, I feel like playing Resident Evil 0 and Resident Evil 4 again.

But he probably drives around in a party hummer, parks it in some undisclosed location and stands where it's kinda obvious. At least most of the time he offers sanctuary. No matter how many enemies are chasing you, you go into a safe room with him..he saves you. If you got 'nuff cash.
