I try not to get too attached to anything that's not canon in the show ( not to sound offensively, but encase they decide to go into another direction ). But I could always support this ship if it became canon. Bigmac is a gentle giant and would no doubtedly take very good care of Fluttershy. I honestly' don't see any having an issue staying in Ponyville, Bigmac would probably never leave to take care of the ranch and Fluttershy has her critters.
The only problem is getting them together would probably be the hardest part as Fluttershy has difficulties expressing herself and Bigmac is just a lack of words in general lol.
If they ever get into relationships with the main six though I won't hold a grudge if they decide to pair up different characters together.

I like that the show doesn't have canon couples with the mane 6- leaves plenty of room for lots of fanon
