8/27/2015 Hello Starborns! Say hello to our brand new, sparkly reference sheets. You can begin working on them now, but be aware the World Lore isn't 100% finished and the Herd Lores are still under construction and subject to tweaks/changes (that we will inform you of) so maybe hold off on laying out your character's history. c; We can't wait to see your SA babies!
Some ranks are limited, so be aware that when the time comes to accept applications you might have to do some compromising!

Quick question! if I want to have a War Forged Ambassador living in another herd, do I make the app on War Forged sheet or the herd they live in?

So what would be considered the most 'rebelious' position that a mare could take since Raider is blocked for them? I wanted Amber to rebel against female lesser standing, but since the 'warrior' type rank is blocked, I wonder what that would be.

Hi! You could have a few options here. If you're willing to make Amber a younger mare (17 or younger, I'd say) she could potentially become a Valkyrie, which is a new rank (to the herd), of female warriors, and they are seen as being ridiculous and offensive by the majority of the herd. She could also be a Scout, which is technically open to mares but like almost all positions in the herd, is male dominated. She could also apply as an Ambassador to the War Forged. This would mean that while she lives in WF, she is from another herd. Female Ambassadors are not taken seriously the by the herd.Β Even the various Merchant positions are stallion dominated.
My guess is her best bet would be as a Valkyrie or a Scout, but like I said there are lots of options!

Well, Amber was 29 in CW and I'm a bit hesistant about making her younger, haha (not to mention valkiry sounds like a very limited rank), so I wanted to see what my other options are ^^ Ambasador I could not since it would iterfere with her history, she needs to be born in War-forged and expierence it's way of life from the get-go, haha. Scout seems like the best bet at the moment, thanks for helping me explain the options!
As a side question (to see if tempering with her age would be an option) would a sickness that slowly weakens the body, be considered a reason to 'cull' said horse from the herd? I'm tying in Amber's story with her sister Lilliana's though she will be brought in way later and am wondering when a horse would be deemed weak/unfit enough for being banned from the herd (since they also have doctors)? This would become Amber's rebellious drive, so it's also important for her.

A sickness that weakened her body would definitely be a reason to cull a horse, if the sick horse was no longer helpful/useful to the herd and didn't have enough family to protect/vouch for them!

Oh, that's interesting. So a horse that would say have chronic fatigue syndrome so would be less usefull to the herd but has strong family to defend them, would be able to escape culling?
