They all look amazing my favorites pinkie pie usually but on this I think I like twilight the most the pupil and shine placement on her just adds to the adorable look she's giving and on rarity and pinkie pie the colors correspond so well with eachother. On rainbow dash fluttershe and applejack the items in the background add nicely. Each ones expression and colors be it outline or background set the moods for each individual piece and they also match each character so nicely

I agree with the lighting on Rarity I also like how each has its own unique shading style like how each is shaded differently then the last
