Description
For the upcoming release of the Final Fantasy RPG 3rd Edition . Illustration for a playable race.Updated Race Illo -~- Pen and Marker tones.
No one knows for certain how long ago the Dwarves descended into the underground, but generations of toiling below the earth in the red, sickly glow of magma, skirmishing against tunneling preadators, and facing teh daily hazards of gas pockest, tremors, and cave-ins have produced a race almost perfectly equipped to confront the challenges of their adopted home.

Cute and menacing. *squee* I didn't think the dwarves were the one with that whole black skin and such going, but it makes sense. The female dwarf is so CUTE.

Yeah, the dwarves have these little 8-bit icons as reference images (since they haven't been playable characters since the early FF games). The little guys with horned helmets and glowing eyes

*chuckle* Sorry, I'm so used to seeing Lineage dwarves or DnD ones and thinking of the black mages with that kind of look that I just got my mind whirled from amusement. They're so CUTE.

This was one of the hardest races to illustrate, as there is so little reference material to work from.
