my scanner screwed everything up here .. but its ok because it wasnt that great to begin with. this is for my friend brittany. i think im calling these cardboard series the gifts. everyone one that i've painted has been for a certain somone .. i have never made anyone pay for my paintings before.. i guess im sort of like the giving artist or someting. is that name taken? .. lol
anyway i was going for tulips .. hopefully the verse will help draw your attention more than the unfun flowers.. .

aww i love kitties.. and i enjoy hearing that my art still has a bit of effect on people.. . i havent painted in quite a few months .. im a bit worried i wont know what to do with a blank canvas .. .haha...

I'm doing pretty well.. been wanting to create more artwork, but just haven't really.

in these particular works i just diluted my acrylics. yes and marker! thank you lots for your comments it means a lot to me.

Im not sure if it is the texture or the tears in the paper or what but there is a whole other thrid dimension to this piece that just adds so much more. I love the range of tones and hues. Very nice. I look at it I love it and im not exactly sure why.

i love these "carboard" series, especially the verses you have accompaning them. i too give my art away, everything in my gallery i only have 3 or 4 of them still , the rest for friends. how do you feel about doing a trade? i'll make you a piece you make me a piece, sounds like fun huh? hahaha only if you want, let me know.
