This OCT is going to be amazing. Just one comment if I may.... I noticed a typo... In the section about the Cult of Chanters it says doubtfully, which I think you meant to say doubtably..... It seems to make more sense..... I don't mean to be annoying, but I just thought you'd like to know...

Yeeeaaah I noticed that, but in order to go back and edit I'd have to retype the whole thing so I'm ust going to keep it as is. OTL Hopefully they'll understand what I meant anyway.

Hur... Duahhh....
DeAnye... god... he's terrifying. So he's basically just skin and tree? His intellect has to be intact, but where does it originate?
But yes, this is turning out splendidly.

So...
1) Livis might know how to cure one of bloodwood diseases?
2) If you want to get tortured... er, interrogated by someone, try to make that person be Sujeck? He seems to be the least interested in the torture "interrogation methods" and the most interested in actually retrieving information.

qui-non-stultus In reply to ShadowinEX [2011-01-11 22:58:32 +0000 UTC]
1) Yes. Might.
2) Hahaha, if there was an actual choice to be made, then you'd want Sujeck. You're going to get hurt, but he's focused on actually getting answers.

It's disgusting and fascinating at the same time how those bloodroots spread out of the body
However, I have trouble understanding the phrase "has left the Stand the most" at Sujecks introduction... is there another way to say that?
And is it me or is Livis blind on the right eye?

Earlier its mentioned that the Chanters (the five mask-wearers in that block) rarely leave the Stand. I was mentioning that Sujeck leaves the stand more than any of the other four.
And she isn't, her nose is just bony and in the way.

I knew it! if one is looking to make a horror story, they just need to read, look at what humans have done over the course of history, and then read, experience emotions that put the characters in realistic danger , then revealing secrets of they're past. The mystical thing, in my opinion, is just to give some flavor to the story

The 'subjects'... do the Inquisition go and get them from where ever they are being detained, or does someone bring them to the Stand?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
qui-non-stultus In reply to MaeofClovers [2011-01-11 20:49:29 +0000 UTC]
They're usually brought to the Stand by the Black Guard (ref coming soon), and DeAnye leaves the Stand readily. He often travels with the Black guard in seeking new subjects.
