Description Hi guys, i am following the Space VFX Element course by Gleb Alexandrov and Aidy Burrows, i think it's a valid course to watch if you are interested in space and planets, this is my first try with a simple planet shown in the course, i think it turned out well so i wanted to publish it here, let me know what you think in the comments!!

Oh, veramente interessante. Dunque, il corso in questione è valido? L'avevo adocchiato anch'io, sinceramente, ma non sapevo se seguirlo o no....

Tieni conto che ho appena iniziato a seguirlo (quindi la mia opinione potrebbe cambiare), ho avuto tempo di seguire solo i primi 4 video (di 31) e sono già riuscito a mettere insieme qualcosa, l'unica cosa è che il ritmo è abbastanza veloce, quindi bisogna avere un po' di dimestichezza con Blender in generale e con il node editor, per il resto il corso mi pare molto valido, io ho avuto l'opportunità di vincerlo classificandomi secondo al contest natalizio di Blender italia, se per te i 60€ (giustificati da una qualità che per i primi 4 video sembra molto alta) non sono un problema facci un pensierino!!

P.S. il corso non ti spiega come utilizzare esclusivamente Blender ma anche Krita e Gimp per la creazione e modifica delle texture

   Già da tempo facevo il pensierino, ma proprio perchè spender soldi al buio non mi piace, tentavo di trovare delle recensioni in generale. Ti ringrazio molto per il tuo parere, che tengo parecchio in considerazione e...complimenti per il piazzamento!!

Gleb and Aidy make great tutorials. I found that making planet with texture give better looking results than procedural workflow but if you want to animate planet, than clouds should be made procedural for a better effect. Can't wait for yours new planets

I think you did an awesome job of your planet. Very realistic looking. You have even got that nice atmosphere edge around the planet, as well. Which is a nice touch. Also, like the lava like fault lines on the planet surface, as well.
