My entry to the 's machine malfunction contest !A young man testing his formchanger watch for disguises has a malfunction, possibly stuck the way she is now for quite some time, who knows he may even prefer his new form!Β

Not a ton to add to the other guys. As they said its a perfectly serviceable sequence but not too much more. The final expression seems a bit off as they look happy with the change despite not expressing it? Its a decent malfunction idea... Again just not a ton to say about it even if I do like it.
If it is making a disguise though wouldn't it change the outfit too? The bodysuit isn't exactly inconspicuous.Β

Yeah like i said to the others its not my most inspired piece and its something more serviceable just so i could have had something in the competition that at least was decent and that i could actually finish, hopefully i can go for something grander next time !

So there's not much to really say about this piece. It's a very standard poof tg with a tg macguffin that tg's someone randomly and then that's it. Your art is fine, if a bit rough overall and the lack of a background really stands out as it makes a minimal piece feel even more floaty in the void. I would suggest not having words overlap in your balloons if you can help it and I wish there was something more to the malfunction that made it stand out, but yeah just a very by the numbers sequence. Your colors are nice at least. Thanks for entering.

Yeah i get that its not the most inspired work but i was struggling to get certain concepts right and running out of time so i just got something i could complete so i could put something into the competition, hopefully i can go for something more impressive next time !

This is a cute sequence! Great job with the color palette.
It would be nice if part 3 was more of an "intermediate" stage, to give a better sense of the transformation process. Also, while I'm a fan of hand-lettering, the text here looks unpolished. There's a typo in "temporary" and it feels like you used a different brush for the last bubble. Β It's a shame because you clearly spent time on everything else.
The hand grabbing her breast in the final pose is a bit unnatural. Using photo reference (or even looking at yourself in the mirror) will help you achieve more believable poses in the future.
Overall, though, good job! Thanks for sharing and keep it up!

Thanks alot for the feedback! i really appreciate it! There are reasons for some of my flaws that i could go into but they mostly boil down to art block and laziness haha, also i tried a few ideas out but non of them worked untill i just kinda pushed through with this one. I hope to do better on the next one !

I'm glad you did! For me, art is often about finding a balance between "good" and "good enough." Doing what it takes to complete a piece instead of losing steam and giving up is a super important quality in and of itself.
