1. drew everything on paper , scan and import in illustrator then paint
2. made key frame I usually make 8 frames for a walking cycle , export every frame and put them into number sequence
3. put every frame into Photoshop use its animation tool set time for each frame I did 1.2 sec per frame export to gif animation
