from the cretaceous of northern inner mongolia province, china. this is a Psittacosaurus major. Psittacosaurus is a genus of dinosaurs with the most species ever descibed. with a whooping 9 different species, P. major was the largest of them all.

Psittacosaurs are also one of the earliest ceratopsians ever to live.

this guy's head is even larger than my hand.
