this is a mammoth tooth. it is from middle pleistocene of northern chinese border with russia. it came from the real "tundra mammoth" of russia, who might have migrated south for winter or summer.

this is a fully rooted, humongous tooth. although it is sort of fragile, the tooth was preserved in great condition, and the molaric roots are hollow! omg!
