I can't say I am a huge sylveon fan, but here you go by popular request. (I'm more of a tyrantrum person myself)I can definitely see the appeal though.

It's winter here too (I live in the Pacific Northwest) but it's definitely not that cold. It's kind of chilly, but for the most part we've had clear skies and it's been beautiful. I guess I've been thinking of summer a lot lately because my family just moved to California and I usually associate that weather with summer. I'm still in Seattle so it's been kind of strange knowing that it's really warm and summery somewhere
