I do like the picture......but this is obviously Spirit Tracks.

I promise you it's Phantom Hourglass as I used a Game Informer as a guide when they did a Legend of Zelda Tribute.

I still believe it's Spirit Tracks because that is the Spirit Flute that Link uses in the game and I don't recall a musical instrument in Phantom Hourglass.

Considering both games were for the DS and has same Link models, it could've been an easy mistake.
