From the years I've known him, I'd say he would probably have a Jolly, Modest, or Sassy nature, but even if he had a Sp.Atk-hindering nature, Adaptability Flash Cannon from a Pokemon with a decent base Sp.Atk stat in general would hit an Ice-type pretty hard, I'd think. :P
