Can confirm, chilly rain water does feel pretty sweet. It's like, the same as a sauna, but also the opposite. And the thunder makes for great ASMR. No fr tho, I do this sometimes when there's a rainstorm. I can't explain why, but standing there in chilly rain showers is very therapeutic to me.
