Soo little background. Raph, Leo, and Mikey can change between being full dragon and partial dragons at will. Donnie on the other hand cannot. So when he gets reminders of who he once was he gets frustrated/angry and feels more and more like he does not belong.

I've already done a Rise Of The TMNT version of her.
For her dragon form I think I'll go with a sea serpent design (since she's a sea turtle) with a color scheme inspired by the process parrot fish.
