I have no idea if this was a Thing, or just my dinky tablet PC struggling to function, but the Agency app wasn't opening correctly in Photoshop CS6 for me. I kicked it a bit, and it should now behave.

This version of the app should be compatible with all programs, but has only been tested in Photoshop CS6, FireAlpaca, and Paint Tool SAI. The original app was created in Krita, and was compatible with all those mentioned except CS6.

There is no difference between the two versions. If you weren't having problems getting the app to look correct, then don't even worry about this version.

I also made blank PNG versions of the app, for those out there without access to a program that uses layers. The font I used is 48 point Constantia, which is not an exact match to the original app, but is dang close.
