Description
My design for Beast's uniform in the X-Men movies...Beast's costume is designed for after he gets all furry, so it would look quite odd on a "normal" person. I probably don't need to explain that it's loosely based on the "Astonishing" version of Beast's costume, but with a few changes. There isn't much padding on it other than the knees, because Beast needs to have as much flexibility as possible. That's also why there isn't a top. Or shoes. But I thought that it might be a good idea to actually give him pants. One thing that I never understood about the "Astonishing" costume is why they bothered to have it go up so high above the waist. You'd think that it would hinder movement of his waist and back. So I made it a little bit lower.
The X's are on the knees because it seemed to make sense that he might wear some sort of kneepads. And he needed some X somewhere in the costume.
The base color for this costume would be black, and the piping and pads would be yellow. The belt would also be yellow, and the X buckle would be a black outline (as in the X itself and the oval around it) with red inside.
