This is a design for Juggernaut's costume in the movies

My Juggs costume (that sounded dirty, hehe...) is, as you can see, almost identical to the comics version. I don't think that decking Juggernaut out in leather would work that well. I added rivets to the armbands and handy-bandy things, as well as extras on the belt and sleeves to try and give the feeling that he's like a tank. The colors would probably be a rusty red for the helmet and upper part of the shirt, as well as the various bands and a dull silver for the rivets themselves, to give it (again) a sort of industrial, machine kind of look.
The more I look at this, the less I like it. I'm definitely going to re-draw this one.
