Just got done watching "Catwoman: Hunted" and when I spotted Talia Al Ghul, I noticed that she was wearing a white dress shirt and she was strapped into a helicopter seat which kinda made it look like she had on a harness. I based this design the one after it on the idea of Talia being business casual at times. She more on the fancy side so her shirts would probably be some sort of imported luxury silk of some sort.
