Description
For this take on Cthulhu I wanted to go for something very alien and with less literal basis on the usual depiction of octoheaded man with dragon wings.
I based it partially on Greek statues with the idea of this Cthulhu being a mock-god, being white like sculpted marble, or an upsetting cloud. Even snuck in the vague suggestion of a face in there, based on zeus and Lovecraft himself.
I imagine him as having no true tentacles, and more a single infinite body that loops in on itself, forming coils upon coils that have no terminating point.
