“The colossal Jet Argonaut is considered the best form of travel along the Oceanic Solar System Network. These creatures are as large as cities and simply jet back and forth through the network, allowing passengers to clutch on and within the Argo for safe passage to other worlds.
It’s immune system has evolved it’s own sentience, keeping things organized and acting as a security force within the Argo.

In rare cases Argonauts have been hijacked by criminal elements and promoted deviant organisms of the immune system in a revolt known as “Going Cancer” which makes the Argo sick but more controllable. This is done mainly to convert the Argo into a pirating vessel or a warship. Although detrimental, the Argo can recover from this if the deviance is subdued.”
