Note: I've never actually been able to play Warframe, but it's designs fascinate me and the lore is neat.

Description: Hannibal is a frame thats been through much conflict. It's design may have been much different than it's current state, as much of it has been modified and repaired with Grineer tech, likely out of desperation.
Hannibal belonged to a Tenno who was commited to decapitating the Grineer warmachine, stationing themselves on a factory world. Hannibal was designed for raids and gureilla tactics, harassing and disrupting Grineer forces at their most vulnerable.
It's likely Hannibal is responsible for delaying the Grineer empire's conquest, thus becoming a nemesis or boogie man to them. Though it may have also lead to the inceased hostility towards the Tenno and the end of the original wearer.

Hannibal is primarily geared for long term conflict, thus its capable for incredible adaptibility.
